Throughout Dave's 30 year career in the office furniture industry, he has held a broad range of sales and marketing positions.  He began with Steelcase in 1982 as a district manager and became a sales manager in 1985 in San Francisco, CA.  After five years with Steelcase, he chose to broaden his business perspective by accepting a position as Executive Vice President with Rucker Fuller, a Steelcase dealer in San Francisco, CA.  In 1994, Dave started RDS and Associates in Indianapolis.
